Eric Vaughan—President & CEO

Eric is the founder, president & CEO of illustro Systems, and is responsible for guiding illustro’s strategic direction. Eric has over 27 years as an entrepreneur in the technology industry, founding 3 companies each of which have developed ground-breaking
technologies for their target industries.  Eric is a featured columnist and frequent contributor to industry publications and a guest speaker at  conferences and seminars worldwide. 

Gary Harding—Chief Financial Officer

Gary serves as illustro’s Chief Financial Officer, and has been responsible for the Company’s financial management, reporting and contract administration since illustro’s inception. A graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Finance and a registered CPA, Gary has worked in finance and accounting in several industries including  public accounting at KPMG (formerly Peat, Marwick and Mitchell & Co.) Gary is a member of the AICPA.

Denise DuBois—Vice President of Sales

Denise is responsible for the Company’s direct sales efforts globally, drawing upon her decades of experience working with customers in a wide variety of industries. Directing illustro’s sales efforts since the founding of the Company, Denise’s diverse knowledge of both the professional services and software segments of illustro’s business coupled with her unyielding customer advocacy makes her invaluable in working with the Company’s customers to accomplish their goals.

John Lawson—Senior Director of Professional Services

John has headed up illustro’s highly regarded professional services division since the founding of the Company. A recognized expert worldwide in mainframe technologies, John’s career spans over 40 years of service to customers in a wide range of capacities. John spent 27 years with IBM Corporation where he was part of a team responsible for worldwide support of IBM’s VSE customer base. John is also a frequent speaker, educator and author.

Chuck Arney—Senior Director of Software Development

Since illustro’s founding, Chuck has directed illustro’s software development efforts and is the author of the Company’s Internet-enabling suite of products. Chuck has a diverse career in software development spanning nearly 40 years, including positions at SDI, Computer Associates and Altai Software. Chuck is an expert in creating solutions bridging the gaps between computing platforms and has been the inventor of several  technologies which have become de facto standards.
